What types of payment do you accept?
At this time we only accept Visa and MasterCard for the monthly subscription plans. One-year subscriptions can be paid by American Express and other credits cards via PayPal. We also accept wire transfert. (Contact us for more info.)
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You pay month-to-month and can cancel or change your plan at any time.
When am I charged?
Plans are billed monthly from the date you begin your subscription.
Do you charge VAT?
Only for EU customers. We have to add a 21% VAT to all clients based in the EU without a valid VAT number and ALL clients based in Belgium.
Do I get an invoice?
Of course. Monthly invoices are available and printable by accessing your account.
Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?
Yes. If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, you will receive a full refund as long as you cancel your account within 2 days (48 Hours) of the activation of your plan.
