Productores agrícolas que solicitan financiamiento para cualquier actividad de cultivo y producción agrícola: preparación de la tierra, siembra, trabajos de post siembra y cosecha; así como la comercialización y servicios vinculados a la actividad agrícola.

Crédito Pecuario:

Productores pecuarios que solicitan financiamiento para cualquier actividad de cría de ganado y obtención de productos de origen animal; así como la comercialización y servicios vinculados a la actividad pecuaria.

Crédito Pesca y Acuicultura:

Productores que solicitan financiamiento para las actividades de cultivo, crianza y cosecha de toda especie de rio, lago y ambientes artificiales que es aprovechado por el productor de manera directa e indirecta; así como la comercialización y servicios vinculados a la actividad de pesca y acuicultura.

Crédito de Riego:

Promover la incorporación de "Riego Tecnificado" a los productores; otorgando financiamiento para capital de operación e inversión, permitiendo de esta manera un manejo eficiente del agua para la producción agrícola.

Crédito Manufactura y Transformación:

Productores que soliciten financiamiento para las actividades de transformación de materia prima en productos elaborados y la fabricación de bienes; así como, la comercialización y servicios vinculados a la actividad de manufactura y transformación.

Líneas de Crédito:

Dirigida a los productores que por la naturaleza de su actividad, requieren disponer recursos, para satisfacer necesidades en las diferentes etapas de su proceso productivo o actividad económica.

Arrendamiento Financiero:

A pedido expreso de un productor, otorgamos en calidad de arrendamiento financiero maquinaria y equipo productivo a un plazo determinado a cambio de cuotas periódicas por concepto de alquiler. Al finalizar el plazo acordado el productor tiene la opción de compra de la maquinaria o equipo por un valor acordado previamente.


MyPE Productiva:

Objetivo de la ventanilla
El Objetivo es proporcionar recursos de corto, mediano y largo plazo, destinados a financiar actividades de producción, a través de INSTITUCIONES CREDITICIAS INTERMEDIARIAS (ICI), a personas naturales y jurídicas cuyo tamaño de la actividad económica se encuentre clasificado en el índice de Microempresa según la Autoridad de Supervisión del Sistema Financiero (ASFI).

PyME Productiva:

El objetivo es proporcionar recursos de corto, mediano y largo plazo para actividades productivas, a través de instituciones crediticias intermediarias (ICI), a personas naturales y jurídicas cuyo tamaño de la actividad económica se encuentre clasificado en el índice de Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas según la Autoridad de Supervisión del Sistema Financiero (ASFI).

Arrendamiento Productivo:

Objetivo de la ventanilla

Proporcionar recursos de mediano y largo plazo a personas naturales y jurídicas, para el financiamiento de capital de inversión para proyectos productivos nuevos o existentes, a través de INSTITUCIONES CREDITICIAS INTERMEDIARIAS (ICI) especializada y autorizada por la Autoridad de Supervisión del Sistema Financiero (ASFI)) para realizar operaciones de esa naturaleza.

Uso de recursos

Créditos destinados a financiar inversiones en activos necesarios para la ejecución de actividades productivas desarrolladas por personas naturales y jurídicas.
Créditos para arrendamiento financiero inmobiliario, de vehículos, equipamiento electrónico, bienes muebles y otros siempre y cuando su destino sea la actividad productiva.
Reembolso de créditos otorgados por la ICI, que tengan una antigüedad no mayor a dos (2) años a partir de la fecha de desembolso del crédito.
Aporte de contraparte

Con los recursos de BDP SAM se podrá financiar hasta el 80% de la operación, debiendo la ICI financiar el 20% restante.

Modalidad de desembolso

Desembolso de un crédito que sumados al aporte de contraparte, serán desembolsados por la ICI en "n" subpréstamos en el plazo de 120 días calendario.
Reembolso de créditos otorgados con recursos de las ICI, que no tengan una antigüedad mayor a 2 años de la fecha de desembolso del crédito.
Una combinación de las dos anteriores.
Condiciones financieras

Moneda: Moneda Nacional y Extranjera en función a la disponibilidad del BDP SAM.
Plazo y periodo de gracia: El plazo para la amortización de los financiamientos otorgados será de hasta ocho (8) años, que incluye hasta un (1) año de gracia para el pago de capital.
Tasa de interés: Tasa variable en función a la TRE más un margen financiero fijo.
Tasa de interés al subprestatario: El cálculo para la tasa de interés máxima al subprestatario se regirá por la ecuación siguiente:

TPF(%) = TBDP(%) + COP(%) + PREV(%) + MICI [50% TBDP(%)]

La Tasa de Interés al Subprestatario Final (TPF) en ningún caso deberá ser mayor al 19%. Este cálculo se aplicará mientras no exista una regulación de la autoridad competente indicando lo contrario.
Colocaciones fuera del eje central: Las colocaciones fuera del eje central (La Paz, Cochabamba y Santa Cruz) tendrán como incentivo un tratamiento diferenciado en términos de tasa de interés, la cual será publicada mensualmente en la página web del BDP S.A.M.
Ámbito geográfico: Del total de colocaciones que realice la ICI con recursos del BDP SAM, al menos el 5% deberá realizarlos en ciudades y municipios que no sean capitales de departamento.
Servicio de la deuda: Máximo en forma anual para capital y semestral para intereses.

Crédito Agropecuario:

El objetivo de coadyuvar con el desarrollo del sector agropecuario el BDP SAM a través de las ICI habilitadas, pone a disposición del sector, recursos de corto, mediano y largo plazo destinados a financiar actividades productivas de las unidades agropecuarias que abastecen el mercado local y también de aquellas que tienen vocación exportadora.
En este ámbito, el objetivo de la Ventanilla de Crédito Agropecuario es constituir una oferta financiera, destinada a fomentar el mejoramiento de los medios de producción y de trabajo, para incrementar la calidad y cantidad de la producción agropecuaria.

Créditos Sectoriales:

El objetivo es proporcionar créditos a productores de pequeñas y medianas empresas constituidas como asociaciones civiles y sociedades comerciales, personas naturales y/o jurídicas, que posean experiencia sólida y comprobada en la actividad a financiarse y que se encuentran operando en las etapas de producción primaria, transformación y comercialización, siempre y cuando esta última sea desarrollada por el mismo productor o transformador en los Sectores Productivos: Avícola, Vitivinícola, Cañero, Quinua Orgánica, Semillas Certificadas, Granos e Infraestructura Productiva.
Los créditos podrán destinarse al financiamiento de capital de operación, inversión y líneas de crédito, en forma separada o simultáneamente y de acuerdo a la capacidad de pago y al plan de inversión que presente el solicitante.
