Strona www.etykawszkole.pl powstała jako otwarty projekt mający na celu wspieranie edukacji obywatelskiej w szerokim ujęciu a w szczególności Etyki. Etyka w Szkole jest projektem otwartym, neutralnym i niekomercyjnym. Oznacza to że:

1. Do projektu może dołączyć każdy, komu temat etyki w polskich szkołach jest bliski i dysponuje materiałami lub przemyśleniami w tym temacie, którymi chciałby się podzielić.

2. Na portalu nie promujemy żadnej partii politycznej czy światopoglądu religijnego. Portal jest kierowany do wszystkich zainteresowanych etyką w szkołach bez względu na przekonania religijne czy polityczne.

3. Niekomercyjność, to dla nas podstawowy warunek niezależności. Portal tworzą ludzie, którym temat etyki w szkole jest bliski i wszystkie wydatki ponoszą z „własnej kieszeni”. Na portalu nie umieszczamy reklam ani artykułów sponsorowanych. Oznacza to niestety również, że nie dysponujemy dodatkowymi środkami na reklamę, dlatego tym bardziej jesteśmy Państwu wdzięczni za zaangażowanie i promowanie serwisu.
