Mă numesc Gabriel Ursan, sunt din Galaţi şi sunt născut pe 21 noiembrie 1986 sub semnul zodiei Scorpion. Tata e şofer şi acum, iar mama a fost o viaţă întreagă casnică. Îi iubesc şi îi apreciez pentru tot ce mi-au oferit şi pentru tot ce m-au învăţat şi educat. Sunt în mare parte omul care sunt datorită lor.

Cariera mea a început în luna august, 2005, când am ales să lucrez în grupul de companii Agress ca şi consultant vânzări IT, în loc să-mi continui studiile la Facultatea de Metalurgie din Galaţi. Bine am făcut! Compania mi-a oferit un training extern de vânzări care m-a inspirat foarte mult. Am zis că vreau să fiu trainer încă de pe atunci după ce l-am admirat pe omul care ne susţinea trainingul.

În 2006 am devenit managerul magazinului de IT în care lucram, iar în 2007 am reuşit să ajung în departamentul de Resurse Umane pe postul de evaluator abilităţi de vânzare, cu scopul de a deveni trainer în timp. Lucru care s-a şi întâmplat în 2008, an în care am reuşit să susţin primul meu training de vânzări “cap-coadă” în faţa unei audienţe semnificative. Domeniul de activitate se axa deja mult mai mult pe zona GSM a grupului de companii, decât pe zona IT de unde am pornit, însă am reuşit să mă adaptez foarte repede pentru că mi-a plăcut şi îmi place în continuare acest domeniu.

Spre finalul anului 2009 am creat un departament de elită în grupul de companii Agress, care avea ca scop crearea, dezvoltarea şi îmbunătăţirea echipelor de vânzări în punctele de lucru pe care le aveam sau pe care le deschideam. Am strâns cei mai buni oameni în departamentul de dezvoltare şi am făcut multe lucruri frumoase împreună, lucruri pe care le facem şi acum.

În toată această perioadă am avut parte de un accident stupid la piciorul stâng, accident în urma căruia am fost operat şi în urma căruia am fost relativ imobilizat. A fost un moment care m-a ajutat să mă dezvolt foarte mult datorită timpului liber pe care l-am avut şi datorită persoanelor pe care le-am avut alături de mine. Tot atunci a luat naştere şi blogul pe care l-am relansat în noua versiune prin aprilie 2012. Blogul reprezintă pentru mine o pasiune şi o provocare care mă ajută să nu mă limitez şi mă ajută să-mi demonstrez anumite lucruri.

În 2011 am intrat în zona de top management a grupului de companii Agress, responsabilitatea mea principală fiind zona de GSM. În 2012 am devenit partener direct la un business nou lansat în cadrul grupului de companii.

Povestea merge mai departe.
