Great, your website is structured using HTML headings (<H1> to <H6>).

Use your keywords in the headings and make sure the first level (<H1>) includes your most important keywords. Never duplicate your title tag content in your header tag.

While it is important to ensure every page has an <H1> tag, never include more than one per page. Instead, use multiple <H2> - <H6> tags.

Keyword consistency is the use of keywords throughout the different elements of the webpage. Consistent keyword use helps crawlers index your site and determine relevancy to search queries.

The table above highlights the most frequently used keywords on your page and how consistently you're using them.

Be more consistent with your keywords

Alt Attribute

We found 26 images on this web page.

No ALT attributes are empty or missing.

Alternative text allows you to add a description to an image. Since search engine crawlers cannot see images, they rely on alternative text attributes to determine relevance to a search query. Alternative text also helps makes an image more likely to appear in a Google image search and is used by screen readers to provide context for visually impaired users.

It looks like most or all of your images have alternative text. Check the images on your website to make sure accurate and relevant alternative text is specified for each image on the page. Try to minimize the number of alt text characters to 150 or less (including spaces!) to optimize page load times.

Discovered Pages

229    229

This is the number of pages that we have discovered on your website.

A low number can indicate that bots are unable to discover your webpages, which is commonly caused by bad site architecture & internal linking, or you're unknowingly preventing bots and search engines from crawling & indexing your pages.

Make sure your website's XML sitemap is present and you have submitted it to the major search engines. Building backlinks to your website's internal pages will also help bots to discover, crawl and index them, while building authority to help them rank in the search engines.

Check Google™ Search Console under 'Google Index' and 'Crawl' to keep track of the status of your site's indexed/crawled pages.

WWW Resolve

Warning, no 301 redirects are in place to redirect traffic to your preferred domain. Pages that load successfully both with and without www. are treated as duplicate content!

Right now either www.vibra-trim.net or vibra-trim.net is failing to resolve properly or returns a 404 error. You should set a preferred domain in Google Search Console and use a 301 redirect to divert traffic from your secondary domain.

Redirect non-www to www

A robots.txt file allows you to restrict the access of search engine crawlers to prevent them from accessing specific pages or directories. They also point the web crawler to your page’s XML sitemap file.

Your page is missing a robots.txt file. Use Google Search Console to submit and test your robot.txt file. You can also test individual pages to make sure Google isn't crawling any restricted files.

Add a robots.txt file

XML Sitemap

XML sitemaps contain the list of your URLs that are available to index and allow the search engines to read your pages more intelligently. They can also include information like your site’s latest updates, frequency of changes and the importance of URLs.

Be sure to only include the pages you want search engines to crawl, so leave out any that have been blocked in a robots.txt file. Avoid using any URLs that cause redirects or error codes and be sure to be consistent in using your preferred URLs (with or without www.), correct protocols (http vs. https) and trailing slashes. You should also use your robots.txt file to point search engine crawlers to the location of your sitemap.

Add and Optimize your XML sitemap

URL Rewrite

Perfect, your URLs look clean.

Great! You have clean (user-friendly) URLs which do not contain query strings.

Clean URLs are not only SEO-friendly but are also important for usability.

Rewrite your URLs and clean them up.

Underscores in the URLs

We found underscores in this URL and/or in your in-page URLs.

Using underscores in your URL makes it hard for search engines to determine your site's relevance to a search. Google sees hyphens as word separators while underscores are ignored. So the search engine sees www.example.com/green_dress as www.example.com/greendress.

We've detected underscores in your URLs. Change underscores to hyphens to maximize your SEO.

Blocking Factors

Flash: Yes

Frames: No

We've detected that your page uses Flash, frames or iframes.

While it often looks nicer, Flash content can't be properly indexed by search engines. Maximize your SEO efforts by avoiding Flash.

Search engines also have problems with frames because they can't crawl or index the content within them. Avoid them if you can and use a NoFrames tag when you can't.

Domain Registration

Created 10 years ago

Expires 7 months ago

Your domain is the human-readable address of your website on the Internet. How long your domain name has been registered does have a limited impact on your rankings in search results. The newer your domain the harder it can be to achieve a higher rank. To help offset this, consider buying a second-hand domain name.

Do you know that you can register your domain for up to 10 years? By doing so, you will show the world that you are serious about your business.

Poor    Poor

This website is not optimized for Mobile Visitors

Mobile friendly websites make it easy for users to complete their objectives and common tasks and use a design or template that is consistent across all devices (uses responsive web design).

Google released a new mobile ranking algorithm that expanded the use of mobile-friendliness in its mobile search rankings. With almost half of all Google search queries originating on a mobile device, it is important to make sure your mobile site is optimized for these users.

Mobile Rendering

vibra-trim.net on an iPhone
vibra-trim.net on an iPad

80% of adult Internet users now have a smartphone. You should definitely be optimizing your website to render on the most popular mobile devices.

Touchscreen Readiness

Make the most important buttons/links large enough to be tapped easily.

Touchscreen readiness is an important aspect of your site’s mobile friendliness.

Currently your tap targets are too small for touchscreen users. They should be at least a 48 pixels height and width with at least 32 pixels of extra space on all sides.

You can further improve your User Interface by adding size and density buckets to accommodate varying device sizes and screen densities.

Mobile Compatibility

Perfect, no embedded objects detected.

Great, your website does not embed any special types of web content, such as Flash, Silverlight or Java, so your content can be accessed on all devices.

Font Size Legibility

This web page’s text is too small for legibility on mobile devices.

The text on your homepage is too small, impacting your mobile friendliness. To fix this, first make sure your viewport is configured. You can do this using our Mobile Viewport criteria below.

Next, implement the recommendations below:

  • Use a base font size of 16 CSS pixels.
  • Use sizes relative to the base size to define the typographic scale.
  • The general recommendation for spacing between characters is 1.2em.
  • Restrict the number of fonts used and the typographic scale.

Mobile Viewport

This page does not specify a viewport, or the viewport is not well configured.

The content does not fit within the specified viewport size.

The viewport is an element of a page’s responsive design. It’s the area of a webpage visible to the user and varies between devices.

It looks like your page could be missing a meta viewport.

Use the meta viewport tag in the <head> to set the viewport to the device’s screen size. It should look like this: <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0”>.

Mobile Speed

Slow    Slow

Optimize images

Leverage browser caching

Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

Enable compression

Minify JavaScript

Like with desktop, the time it takes a mobile page to load is an important part of mobile search engine results page ranks. Your mobile/responsive website must deliver and render the “above the fold” content in under one second.

Since mobile device CPUs are less powerful than desktop CPUs, speed tips that reduce CPU consumption (for instance JavaScript Parse time) need to be addressed first.

See Google's PageSpeed Insights Rules for more information on how to improve each of the elements in this section.

Mobile Frameworks

No mobile frameworks have been detected.

Mobile or responsive frameworks are an important part of website optimization as they assist developers in creating applications which are applicable to multiple devices.

Length: 10 character(s)

Keep your URLs short and clean and avoid long domain names when possible.

A descriptive URL is better recognized by search engines. A user should be able to look at the address bar and make an accurate guess about the content of the page before reaching it (e.g., http://www.mysite.com/en/products).

Keep in mind that URLs are also an important part of a comprehensive SEO strategy. Use clean URLs to make your site more "crawlable" by Google™.

Resource: Search for a good domain name. If no good names are available, consider a second hand domain. To prevent brand theft, you might consider trademarking your domain name.

Your website does not have a favicon.

Favicons are the small icons that appear next to your site’s name or URL in a browser. They can be displayed in the address bar, a browser tab title or bookmarks. Make sure it is consistent with your brand.

Here is a way one company used a special favicon to improve user experience.

Add a Favicon

Page Size

47.5 KB (World Wide Web average is 2 Mb)

Two of the main reasons for an increase in page size are images and JavaScript files. Large page size contributes to slow page speeds so try to keep your page size below 2 Mb.

Tip: Use images with a small size and optimize their download with gzip.

Load Time

0.21 second(s) (231.01 kB/s)

Your website is fast. Well done.

Site speed is an important factor for ranking high in Google™ search results and enriching the user experience.

No Structured Data Markup has been detected

Structured Data Markup is used to generate Rich Snippets in search engine results. It is a way for website owners to send structured data to search engine robots; helping them to understand your content and create well-presented search results.

Get the most out of Google's rich snippets for content types such as: Reviews, People, Products, Businesses and Organizations, Recipes, Events, Videos and Music. If your website covers one of these topics, then we suggest that you annotate it with Schema.org using microdata.

Server IP

Server location: Lenexa

Your server's IP address has little impact on your SEO. Nevertheless, try to host your website on a server which is geographically close to your visitors. Search engines take the geolocation of a server into account as well as the server speed.

Use DNSstuff for comprehensive reports on your server.

Speed Tips

Warning: your website’s speed could be slightly improved.

Perfect, your server is using a caching method to speed up page display.

Perfect, your website doesn't use nested tables.

Too bad, your website is using inline styles.

Perfect, your website has few CSS files.

Too bad, your website has too many JavaScript files (more than 7).

Too bad, your website does not take advantage of gzip.

Website speed has a huge impact on performance, affecting user experience, conversion rates and even rankings. ‪‬‬By reducing page load-times, users are less likely to get distracted and the search engines are more likely to reward you by ranking your pages higher in the SERPs.

Conversion rates are far higher for websites that load faster than their slower competitors.

See Google's PageSpeed Insights Rules for more information on how to improve each of the elements in this section.

Web analytics let you measure visitor activity on your website. You should have at least one analytics tool installed, but It can also be good to install a second in order to cross-check the data.

Popular Analytics Tools Include: Google™ Analytics, Quantcast™, AdobeAnalytics™, Piwik™, chartbeat™, Clicky™, ClickTale™, etc.

Xhtm 1.0 Transitional

The Doctype is used to instruct web browsers about the document type being used. For example, what version of HTML the page is written in.

Declaring a doctype helps web browsers to render content correctly.

Great, language/character encoding is specified: UTF-8

Specifying language/character encoding can prevent problems with the rendering of special characters.

SSL Secure

Warning! Your website is not SSL secured (HTTPS).

Using an SSL certificate creates an encrypted connection between your visitor's browser and your website's server adding an extra layer of security. In 2014, Google™ announced that HTTPS would become part of their ranking algorithm and since your website is not HTTPS, it will likely rank below your HTTPS competitors. When moving to HTTPS, follow these best practices for a smooth transition:
  • Use a serious issuer to purchase your SSL certificate
  • Redirect all of your HTTP pages to the HTTPS version of your website
  • Use a Security Token Service (STS) in your headers
  • Renew your SSL certificate every year, before it expires
  • Make sure that all of your content (CSS, etc.) is linked to HTTPS
  • Update your XML sitemap to ensure the URLs include HTTPS and update the robots.txt file to reference this version
  • Register the HTTPS website in Google & Bing Search Console/Webmaster Tools.

Vibra-Trim LLC
With Vibration technology you can greatly improve your quality of life. "Like" us for promotions and updates and visit our website to read up on the studies and benefits surrounding vibration technology:

Company overview
In the Beginning:
VibraTrim LLC was started five years ago. We had such good results with Whole Body Vibration that we wanted to share the technology but at that time a good quality machine was $4500 and up. It was our desire to produce a good quality machine with an excellent warranty at a price the average person could afford. We looked for a manufacturer and after a long search we settled on one. One of the main objectives was to have the best quality components put into each of our units.

The products we manufacture
The first model that was produced was the VT100 as we wanted a machine that could be used by everyone regardless of their physical condition. We knew that the older generation could benefit greatly from the technology but that they would need something to hold onto while using the machine. The VT100 met that need with arms surrounding them on three sides. There are several on the market that look similar to ours but the quality of the components is not the same. Pin a side by side comparison it is easy to see a remarkable difference in the quality and the noise produced by each. The VT100 is a quiet machine.

The second model was produced was the VT200. It was just the vibrating platform. There were no arms to hold onto but it was ideal for the person that wanted to place it in a family room without making it look like a gym. It was a very successful model. Through the conversations with our clients, we found that they wanted even more portability than this model provided. They wanted to move it from room to room, between residences or to easily store it in a closet. That model was redesigned and we released the VT202. With the new design, the extendable handles and wheels that goal was met. The VT202 provides an excellent quality machine with the ultimate in portability.

The next model that was manufactured was the VT300. The goal was to combine the best of the VT100 and VT200 features and to make it for heavier people. This was a very popular model. Again, through customer comments, we found that the majority of people purchasing this model were not buying it for the weight capacity but were looking for a higher end machine. We went back to the drawing board to design the best machine with multiple vibrations and to be able to have user definable programs.

The VT400 was released with an all steel construction, two motors to produce two types of vibration that could be run independently or together. The user can also define up to six of their own programs on a USB flash drive. This incredible machine has features that units costing over $7500 do not have. The exercise wall charts were also redesigned to show the exercises and the muscle groups that were being affected with those exercises.

Our customers
Our focus is customer satisfaction. We try to make sure one of our customer service representatives is available, even after normal business hours, to answer your questions and deal with any equipment issues. General information
The History of Whole Body Vibration

Zander PictureVibration therapy began in 1857 by a Swedish doctor, Gustav Zander. He built 70 different exercise machines some of which were a type of vibration exercise. After exhibiting at two Worlds fairs, he started the Zander Institutes, which were an early form of today’s health clubs and proved to be very popular through out the world. The Netherlands had 9 centers at one point.

A little later in 1895 in Battle Creek, Michigan, the developer of corn flakes, Dr. John Harvey Kellogg, invented a whole-body vibration machine. This was a unique chair design that shook violently and claimed to cure constipation, headaches and back pain. To stimulate the inner organs, he also developed a standing platform.

In 1960 the beginning of today’s vibration exercise techniques was begun in East Germany with a technique called rhythmic neuromuscular stimulation.Kellog

Russian scientists began the real studies of Whole Body Vibration and fine-tuned this technology for years. They used this technology to help rehabilitate their cosmonauts after returning from space to help repair muscles from atrophy and bone density due to the weightlessness of space. Many were so weak that they needed assistance in walking after emerging from the aircraft. The scientists reasoned that providing a form of therapy that focused on hyper gravitational force it could yield an effective treatment. These Russian researchers lead by Vladimir Nazarov found that not only did that stop the loss of bone density, but amazingly it also increased it and strengthened muscle tissue. They also used this technology to prevent injury to their Olympic athletes. In the event one of their athletes did injure themselves, they were put on a WBV plate to rehabilitate the injury. In that same era Nazarov translated these findings into practical uses for athletes. He observed a substantial increase in flexibility and strength after the application of vibrations in the athletes he studied. WiVladimir Nazarov pictureth his successful results in hand, Nazarov shared his accomplishment with the 1960 Russian Olympic Team, who used WBV to train for the games; they took home a whopping 43 Gold medals that year.

After the fall of Communism in Russia, Whole Body Vibration technology made its way east and west. This technology continued to be studied and enhanced. It has taken both the Orient and Europe by storm. Even though there were meager beginnings in the United States, vibration exercise really has not been in the United States for very long. In the past only wealthy, sports teams, or doctor’s offices could afford a WBV unit. These units usually cost $10,000 or more. After decades of research, NASA, many professional athletes, sports teams, medical centers, spas and health clubs have embraced this technology.

The Whole Body Vibration technology centers on a recurrent change of position on a vibrating platform with the specific physical factors of amplitude, frequency and time. The muscles are stimulated to work by the stretch reflex. You are probably familiar this type reflex when the doctor taps the patella tendon below the kneecap and the lower leg moves upwards without the brain being able to prevent the movement. When the muscles are activated with the stretch reflex we get a number of benefits not seen during regular exercise. Normally, we do not use all our muscles for standing or moving. With the Whole Body Vibration, the stretch reflex ensures that all muscle fibers are being stimulated at one time. The muscle responds to vibration by contracting to offset the stress it imposes and is ensured to produce effective results for your physical therapy needs.
